"With the power of positive thought and action, we empower women of the world"
The philosophy of SAANJJHI: Every individual has the right to live a life of empowerment and inner strength. SAANJJHI in essence means sharing the pot of life skills together, which is inherently what we do. Many of the hundreds of women we have worked with whether in our seminars, empowerment seminars, or in our homes had lost their confidence, independence and self esteem over the years. Many of these women included professional women who felt that the society of today had eroded their very core of who they were.
Women in today's society
Unfortunately the odds are stacked up against women. With research suggesting that 1 in 4 women in the UK will have suffered from a form of domestic abuse. Further so with changing cultural patterns many women suffer in silence with problems that may seem taboo in the outer community.
What we successfully do is provide emotional, physical and mental assistance, support and understanding to women who are concerned, confused and feel they have been abused by their current existing environment.
With our open friendly and safe environment we ensure that all all those whom we work alongside recover in a time that is suitable to them.
Our inhouse experts and professionals explore each persons individual life experiences. From which they positively develop an active strategy towards personal empowerment.
SAANJJHI provide personal therapy, support groups and a mental health retreats, where you can admit yourself and receive a whole host of alternative therapies, as well as traditional counselling. Once you have joined our family, we will then team you up with a personal specialised life coach for the duration needed.

Daily Tips for lifting depression:
- With the right questions you get the right answers: Every day do a self check on how you're feeling and the thoughts you have. By being aware of what you are thinking and how it effects you, you are more aware of how to change your emotions. As a barrister will contest against anything without evidence do the same,... Ask yourself empowering questions all the time, how am I really feeling? how do I know that? What can I do right now to make a change? is this the most productive state to be in for me to achieve the very best that I can?
- Take a Break, take a Breath: take several deep relaxing breaths anytime you feel your self getting in a negative state. Its so simple right.. Let those reassuring breaths fill your mind and body with a sense of calm. The deeper you breath the more oxgyen your brain will recieve. Just remember that with every concious breath you take, you are participating in the greatest gift of all.. thats thepresent.
- Move with energy: as corny as it sounds its true, E-motion, its motion that's energised. Keep a regular exercise routine it will help you get the blood flow around your body & create those happy endorphins to release. What kind of body language do you have when your depressed, I am guessing like most o the people we have aided to successfully change , you have the shallow breathing, the eyes towards the floor and your back in a slight tilt...wow I was right, right? Change it, stand up straight, move your body. Look up towards the sky and breath deep. You will find that this will make you feel better.
- You are your focus: if you concentrate on being sad and low, that's what you will continue moving towards. Start to visualize the person you want to be, and all the wonderful things you want to have around you. The personality you want to have, even the kind of clothes you want to have. Anything and every thing. By making a firm commitment to yourself about who and what you want to be. Your amazing brain will make it happen for you. Also use some Auto suggestions "everyday in everyway, I am better and better and better" "You gotta have faith" as George Micheal quotes
- Anchor for success: like that of "Pavlov's dogs" we can condition ourselves to think in a certain kind of way. Right now as you read these words let your incredible mind think for itself of the most powerful, happy exciting moment in your life....now if that makes you happy and makes you feel great and phenomenal, think of it all the time when you need that extra energy and motivational push.
- Eat Healthy: Wow you are going to scream at us. Hey you great people at the SAANJJHI Group I know that one, I see the Government adverts on TV and all those programmes. And more interestingly enough you will also think hang on, I know that what I eat, goes in me, and therefore becomes part of me. And its true.. eat healthy and wisely. You can get more information about healthy eating from your doctor or give us a call.
DAILY TIPS FOR AN EXTRAORDINARY LIFE
- Focus on the good and the great will focus on you.
- If you have tried the same way of changing your life over and over again. Use a different strategy.
- Find one thing that motivates you for life, and work towards it.
- Believe in the very best and work towards it with full faith that all is possible in the amazing world in which we live.
- Use your body. Remember what you don't use, you may lose. You owe it to yourself to have the very best in life. You owe it to yourself to wake up every morning feeling incredible and more so you owe it to yourself to see a smile in the mirror that's full of all the confidence you have ever wanted. Knowing that by just believing that its possible for you, that you have already started the momentum of making incredible change.
Top Tips to relax
•1. listen to your heart beat, or the sounds of the silence that's around you, become really present in that moment and you will find that you will automatically relax.
•2. Try progressive relaxing. At Saanjjhi we teach this every Thursday morning. Give us a call and we can explain this to you for free.
•3. Drink plenty of water: make sure your body is fully hydrated, at least 1 and 1/2 litres of energised water a day. Give us a call and we can explain.
•4. Organize your life: Spend at least 10 minutes every morning by your self, and organize your day. Some times you feel stressed when you're not organized.
